Shipping
- Processing: orders ship within 3–5 business days.
- Delivery: 7–14 days depending on your location. Tracking is shared by email as soon as your order ships.
- Cost: flat $4.95 US shipping — free on orders over $75.
- Where: we currently ship within the United States.
Returns
- 30 days: unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Damaged, defective, or wrong item: send us a photo right away and we’ll replace it or refund you in full — no need to ship anything back.
- Changed your mind: email us within 30 days. Because our products ship direct from our makers, return shipping can cost more than the item itself — so in most cases we’ll simply refund you without asking for the product back.

Gear guarantee
If your gear does not perform as described — tent leaks, lantern dies, chair wobbles — tell us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you. We stand behind everything we sell.
